Thanks a million!

One can regular green chili’s, one can hot. The flavor was delicious. However, if I do it again, I’ll use less broth. The consistency was more like tortilla soup (after adding chips, mix cheese, and cilantro). It was delicious, but not a thick, chuncky chili.

Crockpot reheating isn’t recommended for food safety. But it can be reheated on the stovetop just fine.

This is crazy delicious – I love everything about it. One small issue….i did not realize how much sodium the Trader Joe’s diced green chilies (in the can) have. 120 mg/2 TBS. And o used 2 cans. So people might want to check that w/whatever chiles they buy. I did add a little salt to the soup as it was cooking – glad I didn’t add much.

Best white chicken chili I’ve made to date! Did a couple tweaks but followed about 99%. Used about 3 tablespoons of cream cheese and a knob of beurre manie to chili. Used my Nutri Bullet to purée beans…easier cleanup than processor! This recipe is deee-lishus 👍. Definitely will make again like x’s 10!

Just made this dish for my family tonight in a Dutch oven. Followed the directions as written and results were delicious! Even dragged out the food processor to puree the 1 cup of beans! So creamy and hearty!

My husband loved the dish also! Will definitely make again!

Made this today. I added chopped fresh baby spinach to it that cooked with the onions, tripled the garlic, and added a minced jalapeño (no seeds, no white parts). I cut the cream cheese down slightly. It’s phenomenal.
